Dr. Naama Ahmed Waheedi is a highly experienced Otolaryngologist and Division Chief at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC). She completed a six-year residency in Otolaryngology at Uppsala University Hospital, Sweden, where she developed a strong foundation in general and pediatric ENT. In 2016, she pursued a fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery at Seoul University Hospital, South Korea, further refining her expertise in complex ENT cases.
Since joining SKMC in 2005, Dr. Naama has been a leading consultant in the ENT division, specializing in pediatric ENT, head and neck conditions, and rhinology. In 2019, she was appointed Department Head, continuing to advance the division’s clinical excellence.
