Dr. Jomy Varghese is a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 15 years of experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry in 2006 and a Master’s degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2010 from India. He further trained at Glasgow with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons from 2010-2011, earning a Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship (MOMS RCPSG).
Dr. Varghese gained extensive clinical experience as a Clinical Associate and Resident Surgeon in a 500-bedded tertiary care hospital in India from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, he joined SKMC as a Specialist after obtaining his DOH license in 2013 and currently holds Consultant privileges. In 2016, he earned a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine (FFD RCSI). In 2019, he trained in the USA, completing a one-year residency in TMJ Arthroscopic and Total Joint Replacement Surgery at the University of Maryland.
