Dr. Jamal Ali Teir is a distinguished consultant rheumatologist with extensive training and experience in the field. He holds a Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians, UK, and has completed his certificate of training in rheumatology in the United Kingdom. With a career spanning over two decades, he has served as a consultant rheumatologist in the UK before moving to the UAE, where he continues to practice in leading medical institutions.
Currently, Dr. Teir is a consultant in the Rheumatology Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Al Ain Hospital. He is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at UAE University in Al Ain. He has received multiple recognitions, including being named among SEHA’s best 100 employees in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in 2018. His contributions to medical research include studies on systemic sclerosis and case reports on granulomatosis with polyangiitis and antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
