Dr. Huda Al Dhanhani is a Pediatric Infectious Disease Consultant at SKMC. She graduated from the UAE University in 2009 and completed her pediatric residency training in 2014. She pursued further training in pediatric infectious diseases, obtaining an international fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 2018.
Dr. Al Dhanhani joined SKMC as a consultant in 2021 and is an active member of multiple SEHA committees, including the Infectious Disease and Infection Control Committee and the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Emirates Infectious Disease Society’s Scientific Committee and participates in several national committees focused on infectious diseases. Her clinical interests include antimicrobial stewardship programs, bone and joint infections, infections in special hosts, and infection prevention in critical care settings.
