About Me

Dr. Benedict Raj Rajkumar is a highly experienced pediatric cardiac surgeon with over two decades of expertise in congenital heart defect repair and complex neonatal and pediatric cardiac surgeries. He currently serves as a Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, since July 2022.
Previously, he held key leadership roles, including Chief Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon at Aster-Ramesh Hospitals (2015–2022), Columbia Asia Hospital Whitefield (2016–2020), and Aster MIMS Hospital, Calicut (2014–2015). His career spans multiple prestigious institutions, including Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, and Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore. Dr. Rajkumar has contributed to international research publications, with work featured in the Italian Journal of Anatomy and Embryology.
