Dr. Nishant Chandrak is the Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, UAE. He specializes in non-invasive cardiac imaging, with expertise in transthoracic echocardiography, 3D echocardiography, fetal echocardiography, trans-oesophageal echocardiography, cardiac MRI, and cardiac CT angiography.
Dr. Chandrak is American Board-certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Cardiology, and the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE), USA. After completing his residency and fellowship in the USA, he served as an assistant professor at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Wayne State University. Later, he joined Hershey Medical Center, Penn State University, where he was promoted to associate professor in July 2015. He has over 20 years of experience in pediatric and congenital cardiology and has been serving at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City since January 2016. He has multiple publications on pediatric cardiology and perinatology in reputed medical journals.
