Dr. Habibullah Eatamadi is a highly experienced Consultant Oculoplastics, Lacrimal, and Orbital Surgeon with extensive expertise in orbital diseases, thyroid eye disease, and other oculoplastic disorders. He is currently practicing at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC), Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Eatamadi has completed fellowships in oculoplastics, lacrimal, and orbital surgery at leading UK institutions (London Western Eye Hospital and the University hospital, Nottingham)
With over two decades of clinical experience, he has held leadership roles, including Head of the Ophthalmology Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (2011-2020). He is an active researcher and educator, contributing significantly to the advancement of ophthalmic plastic surgery, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and international presentations.
Dr. Eatamadi is a member of prominent societies, including the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), the British Ophthalmic Plastic Society (BOPSS), and the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO).
His clinical interests include cosmetic and functional blepharoplasty, thyroid eye disease, orbital tumor surgery, lacrimal surgery, ptosis repair, and congenital eyelid malformations. He is also an advocate for cutting-edge treatments, being one of the first to introduce Teprotumumab for thyroid eye disease treatment outside the USA.
