I’m a Consultant ENT surgeon with over two decades of expertise, distinguished for advanced surgical skills and leadership. I’ve been serving as Head and Chairman of ENT Department at ASST Cremona (Italy) since January 2020 where I direct comprehensive clinical services and multidisciplinary programs, with a strong focus on / complex sinonasal, skull base, thyroid and oncologic Head and Neck procedures. After graduated from University of Brescia, I built my career on high volume surgical practice, academic teaching, and clinical innovation. My surgical expertise spans endoscopic sinonasal surgery (including skull base and lacrimal pathway), thyroid, parathyroid, salivary glands, upper aero- digestive tract surgery, and obstructive sleep apnea management. After being a senior consultant at ENT Department of University of Brescia, where I also served as clinical and Surgical Instructor in postgraduate ENT, examiner for medical students, I served as Head and Chairman of ENT Department of ASST Cremona. As a leader I established Oncological Head and Neck, and Pituitary multidisciplinary teams, organized CME events for healthcare professional, strengthening integrated patient care pathways. As part of my academic careers, book chapters and papers on international journals have been published.
