About Me

Dr. Nura Khalid Al Qassimi is a distinguished consultant in medical retina and uveitis at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi. Her training began at Bonn University Hospital, Germany, where she completed her ophthalmology residency and a two-year fellowship in medical retina. She further specialized in uveitis through an 18-month fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, where she engaged in clinical practice and research.
Dr. Al Qassimi is dedicated to research and advancing retinal disease management, actively working on retinal condition guidelines. She serves as the President of the Emirates Society of Ophthalmology and holds memberships in multiple international ophthalmology organizations.
