SKMC is renowned for achieving significant milestones in the UAE’s medical landscape:
We offer specialized treatments in cardiology, radiology, orthopedics, dermatology, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, internal medicine, pediatric oncology, nephrology, metabolic disorders, and more. Our state-of-the-art pediatric critical care unit and emergency department are the largest in the country. Whether your needs are adult or pediatric, inpatient or outpatient, our team of international professionals is committed to delivering world-class care.
Our outpatient clinic is designed with your convenience in mind:
Please check in 15 minutes before your appointment and plan for about an hour for your visit. Should you experience a wait of more than 15 minutes, our Customer Service Officers will assist you.
If you have any questions or need clarifications, don’t hesitate to ask your doctor or nurse. We want you to leave with complete understanding and confidence in your care plan.
You can easily manage your appointment through the SEHA Mobile App or by contacting our Call Center at 80050. We kindly ask that you confirm your appointment in advance. If you no longer require it, please cancel as early as possible. This will allow us to offer the slot to another patient in need, ensuring efficient use of our healthcare services. Phone:
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited within hospital premises.
Regular fire drills are conducted, and all staff are trained in emergency procedures. In case of a fire, notify the nearest staff member and follow the instructions. Always use stairways, not elevators, during an emergency.
For any lost or found items, please inform a nurse who will contact our Security Officer.
Wheelchairs are available upon request. Free parking and valet services are provided at the outpatient specialty clinics and the emergency department (Pediatric & Adult entrances).
Your Legal Rights at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC), we are committed to safeguarding your personal health information while ensuring your right to access your medical records.
The General Consent form allows patients to designate up to two individuals (such as relatives or friends) to access their medical records on their behalf. If this authorization is not in place, only the patient may request and receive information from their medical file.
Patients or their authorized representatives can conveniently request medical reports through the SEHA Patient Portal or mobile app. Once an account is created, patients can select any visit from their profile within the last three months and access relevant medical information.
A Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a platform that partners patients and families with members of the healthcare team to provide guidance on how to improve patient and family experience using a patient-centric approach.
Mission: Quality Health Care with consideration for each other.
Goal: Improving and developing the care provided.
Vision: Bringing a new perspective of healthcare in collaboration with the community.
