The Pediatric Neurodevelopment Division at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of neurodevelopmental disorders in children and adolescents. With a focus on addressing developmental delays and behavioral concerns, the division ensures that every child receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. The multidisciplinary team of experts works collaboratively to optimize developmental outcomes and improve the quality of life for children and their families.

The Pediatric Neurodevelopment Division operates through various service settings to provide accessible and effective care including outpatient specialty clinics which operate 5 days a week from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, staffed by a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Expert evaluations and opinions for students referred by schools and other institutions to address developmental and behavioral concerns are also provided. Lastly, the Behavioral Sciences Pavilion (BSP) offers both outpatient and inpatient services for children with complex neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions.

Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that urgent medical care is always available whenever you need it.
